Ipsaro Olive Oil is derived from olives grown by traditional Sicilian, organic principals on our small carefully tended olive grove.

The olives are handpicked and processed within 24 hours, the olives are pressed using traditional methods to produce a well balanced, robust and fruity oil.

Ipsaro Olive Oil is produced in limited quantities for boutique distributors.
