Bindoon and the Chittering Valley produce some of the best wine grapes in WA.

In keeping with the Ipsaro farming philosophy, our vines have been hand manicured and grown in the traditional Sicilian way since being planted in 1990 by Joe Passione senior.

Nearing our tenth anniversary, this outstanding wine has been produced by awarded winemaker Ryan Sudano.
